The Flaxengate/Danesgate Creative Workspace Development by Lincoln City Council was granted Planning permission in April 2005. The project is located in the heart of historic Lincoln and adjacent to the nearly completed Collection Museum. The complex of three buildings comprises managed arts and crafts studios and media offices as well as meeting rooms and a cafe.
