We are delighted that two of our projects – Cooke’s Studios in Barrow and Sunwin House in Keighley – have been awarded Community Ownership Funding. Well done to our fantastic clients for all their hard work in securing this funding. At Cooke’s Studios (pictured), BLA are working with Signal Film & Media to transform the shopfronts of the Grade II Listed building and reorganise the ground floor and upper floor spaces to create a more welcoming and accessible experience for visitors. At Sunwin House, we are working with East Street Arts and Keighley Creative to convert a former department store in the town centre into artists’ studios, exhibition and classroom spaces.
