Over the next six months, Bauman Lyons will be participating in a research project investigating ‘What could a city co-production lab be?’ for Leeds. We will be looking at the spatial aspects of co-production, together with various themes relating to co-production, such as motives, capacities, ethics, impacts and adaptability. The project belongs to a programme of pilot projects launched by the N8 Research Partnership and the University of Sheffield, exploring the potential of knowledge ‘co-production’ between researchers and non-academics.
We kick started the project last week with an initial brainstorming workshop with partners from the Leeds universities, Leeds City Council and representatives from Leeds’ civic sector.
